on superset 420's and 5312, 5330 & 5340 phones I'm getting the Caller ID name only. If I turn off COS option 503 then the number shows. Shouldn't both the name and the number show in the display?

OK, I turned both of those COS options on and still only get the phone number when the call is answered. This on a 5340 phone. The phone shows the voicemail auto attendant port that the call is coming from while the phone is ringing.

"I'm getting the Caller ID name only." "OK, I turned both of those COS options on and still only get the phone number when the call is answered." So which is it?

With COS option 503 enabled I get the Name only and with COS option 503 disabled I get the number only.

Try disabling 503 in voice mail COS, and check for 19 CPN set-up. Should be the same number for all tenants.
