I have a customer that wants to be able to change the e-mail from header when the EM sends a voice mail to e-mail. 1.1xx EM would send the customers domain name, but 1.2X and 2.X EM sends the v-mail application extension and PPPPP.pbx. Example:Linda [ [email protected]]. Is there anyway to change this, so that it sends @mydomain.com? This is causing issues with their SPAM filter and they do not want to add a rule to allow it.

Mitel determined a work around for this. It is posted on their tech support web site on the Edge as answer ID 4335
