Most likely I called the card wrong thing but I was wondering if anyone can help me added it to the system. I use the DB tool with all connections LOCAL, Network, Direct and I am unable to see where to configure the cards. From an early post it should be under system\cabinet. What ever mode I logon to there is no cabinet. I also tried logging on directly to the cpu card using IE but it wants a password which none of the passwords I have on file work. Any help so I can manage this card would be GREATLY!!! Appreciated.

Are you actually connecting to the system? What happens when you hit connect? Is it asking for a password when you connect? If so you may be using a limited user account.

Yes it ask for a password. It is a different password than when I connect through the network. Is there a way to connect without a password. Sorry for the newbie questions

No, the browser connection is not where you need to be for programming. It looks like your using a restricted user account. Unfortunately the only way around that is going to be to get Intertel support involved and they can reset the password.
