Does anyone know where to set the option to send unanswered transfers to voicemail? Whenever an incoming call is answered and transferred to an extension, if the person doesn't answer, it rings back to the person who answered it. I'd prefer the call goes to the recipient's voicemail instead, where can I set that?

If you have access to web pro there is a setting called fixed call forward, in this area you set call forward to the voicemail pilot number.

If you do not have access to web pro

To set call forward at each phone press the call button followed by *2, dial 6 (no answer) followed by the voicemail pilot number, dial call forwarding type 2=all calls, 3=outside calls only, 4=intercom calls only, press the speaker key to enter (you will hear a stutter tone)

To cancel press the call button followed by *2 and 0
