I have a customer that just switched to a hosted terminal server based network. IPedge app server and 2 CIXs networked together.IT vendor installed Call manager on their server. When the 1st CM user logs into the application, all is well. Have a 2nd user login, all settings are correct on the setup screen, get the green dot next to the extension number, but when they click "Use" on the profile, the app opens with the 1st users extension. It doesn't matter who logs in 1st, the following users all come up as the original logged in user. Anyone ran into this before? Tech support is stumped also. It all worked correctly prior to the switch to the new hosted platform.

The last time I had an issue sharing the same PC with different profiles, the second user always appeared as the 1st user. I could not get the Call Manager to save the second profile. Eventually I got it working by running Call Manager as Administrator. Then it would save the second profile. I don't think they had to run as Administrator after the profile was saved.
There was an article on FYI regarding terminal services, KB 2862. This was for the old version of Net Phone. A couple years back I asked Toshiba support about running Call manager on a terminal server, and support said that this would still apply to their Call Manager product as well.
