Hi all,

I have a lot of experience administering the LG/Ericsson LDK60 systems, but I have never had to set one up from scratch.

I got everything set up the way I want on it except Preset Call Forward and voicemail boxes for extensions.

Specifically, on the EMG80, I am used to being able to use Preset Call Forward to specify that extensions forward unanswered calls to the VSF/VMIB (voicemail system). On that system, *440 is the default internal VM group so there's no configuration to do.

On this system, I can't seem to figure it out. Where do I forward the calls to? Google has come up empty, and yes I have read the manuals for programming thoroughly.

I see there is an option in the Hunt Groups to create a VM group, but I don't know what stations to assign to it, and calling vacant stations just gives me a "Vacant number" message followed by reorder (INVALID). I was thinking maybe the system used the last few extension numbers like Partner Mail used to do...

From extensions 300 and 301 (I only have two, this is at my house), I can press the Call Back button and hit voicemail as usual, and I can leave messages via an auto attendant (CCR table 1, selector code 0 sends calls to x300 mailbox) and check them... but I cannot leave voicemails internally because I'm missing that Preset Call Forward function.

What am I missing here?

Thanks!
