Hey!There,, just an issue i haven't gone to service yet,, issue is when x21 tries to send voicemail messages to 35 it says invalid ?? If for some reason extension and mailbox are two different numbers would that be a possible reason ?? Just shaken the tree for ideas!! Its a IDCS100 SMVI4 . Thks.

Check the port activity screen in the vm. It should give you s clue as to what the issue is.
