I have two locations connected via fiber and one voicemail system. I need to have a phone at each site have the same direct dial and voicemail. Can someone point me in the right direction? I am assuming I need a hunt group with an application timing out to voicemail. Not so sure how to get the phones to indicate a message.

Yup, you’ll need to create a hunt group to ring both phones. For the hunt group members, create an extension list to ring both phones - System/Devices and Feature Codes/Extension Lists/Hunt Group Members.
Create a CRA that times out to the mailbox, and use that as the hunt group recall destination. Don’t forget to shorten the recall timer!
Unfortunately, you can only light one message lamp.

You can make the second phone ring when the mailbox has a message. Setting up your message notification to be the second ext will ring it when you have messages in the box. Xarios would be a better option but this might work for what you need Randy
