Just had a strange incident happen. A DX-80 that has been in for quite a while all of a sudden on 3 phones turned on the OHVA. It was not set as a button so the customer didn't know anything had happened until they started calling back and forth between stations. I know you can directly dial the feature code, but it is still strange that all three did this "by themselves?"

Intercom Select Mode (Feature 98) kind of hard imaging someone dial that by accident...however the Feature key being close to the 1 key?

The current theory is that a previous manager had done it to keep tabs on the employees. But that doesn't even track since there are 1 manager, 2 assistant managers and 5 "leads". Anyone of which could be in charge of the store solo.
