Does anyone know if the UM8000 voicemail supports or works with O365 cloud email? We currently have on prem exchange but will be switching in the near future to O365 and I wanted to see if smtp forwarding will work. I know that O365 requires TLS and I'm not sure if the UM8000 supports it.

O365 support SMTP relay but you gotta set it up correctly. You can use this for like your printers as well etc.

It should work. If its like the inmail they may have to set an alias for the relay email address as there is a character limitation.
