Hi, I have an sl2100 whereby one handset ends up with a flashing green light on the top right. *9 cancels this, but I cannot see what the user is activating to make this happen.
Does anybody have any ideas?

Before you canceled the light did you look at the screen? If not look next time, it might give you a clue.
