Is this a glitch or normal behavior with the DX-120? I have the COs assigned to ring a UCD (hunt group) and the stations in that UCD ring even when they are busy. UCD is set to ring all members. Is this normal for the DX-120?

Comparing to the SBX & Summit I'm a little confused. Maybe rusty is the word. However, I think this may be normal for the 120, because I remember having issues with my first SBX where the hunt didn't act the way I expected.

I thought that i would ring on busy too, but the help file says that if the extension is busy that it shouldn't ring.

That's what I thought too.

I probably need to compare to another 120. Something was different about the 120's hunting method.

If I remember correctly, all of the DSSs that are in the UCD group will light up when a call comes in.

From what I remember all extensions would ring if they were busy or not

Yeah, I think the UCD and busy ring deny does not work properly. I probably never knew it was wrong until I worked on other systems like the SBX & Summit.
