We are turning on the automated sytem again. I have two sites connected via fiber but one voicemail/automated system. I have setup the applications and recording and turned on the first site using the application number under the call routing tables. It is the second site which will not allow me to use the application number. I must be doing something wrong since I have had this working in the past. Thanks in advance for your help.

Okay I was able to get it working by using a hunt group which calls the application. Thanks.
