Good evening all, I added a user to 536 Connect systemand everything seems to work fine. All the other extensions on the system automatically grab a line when going off hook. The new extension does not, you have to press the line button or dial 9 to get out. I searched through the programs but did not see it referenced anywhere. Could someone please tell me where to look for this feature.
