Working on a SL1100 system that the customer wants AA to answer and transfer calls. The voicemail will answer the incoming call but will not transfer the local when it is dialed in, replays the main greeting. If the local is programmed in the dial action table it will transfer the call when the correct button is pressed. The customer is only using the dial action table to got to departments and not to direct locals.

Make sure the dial action for the leading digit for the extension numbers is set up to "unscreened transfer" with the destination of "XXX" for 3 digit extension numbers or "XXXX" for 4 digit, etc..

Muddy,
What do you mean by local, extension number?
If the extensions numbering is default 101 and up, the number 1 should be set as unscreened transfer with the destination as XXX in the dial action table assign to the routing mailbox.
