Hello everyone,
i have 2 sites each with OS7030 and SPNET. We had to replace the ksu on site A since system went completely dead after power fail. Had all the licences switched over and uploaded the database. Site A (new KSU) can call Site B and shows all DSS/BLF from site B.
Site B sees all DSS/BLF from site A, but when calling site A they hear one ring in handset and the disconnect. Nothing changed except we switched KSU and uploaded Database with proper licences on site A. Site B firmware 5.01. Site A before exchange was 4.81 the new firmware 5.01.
Any idea??

What is the connection between the two sites? Anything to deal with the MAC for the phone system in your firewall?

No VPN. all port forwarding okay. only thing different new KSU with higher firmware and database was uploaded to the new system. Working fine from the new ksu site but when they call from remote to the new ring once. All Dss lights work fine on both sides.
