Customer says the following:
"Message on server NMI memory dump please wait. I gave it 20 minutes and performed a hard reboot. Not coming back up."
Current LCD Read out says ISC3A Boot v1.5 hw:20 fw:28
Anyone had this issue before? Phone System is Currently Dead.
