I have an Axxess system (v 11.01) at a remote office that utilizes Off-Node Applications at our central office for VM. Until recently, we have had no problems with our VM. Now, when a station is busy (on an internal call, let's say) and the station is dialed (via DID) by an external caller, the caller receives a busy signal and there is no indication at all on the station that another call is incoming. Before, the external caller would have heard ringing (while the station displayed another incoming call) and then would have been forwarded to VM. All other VM functions are still working with no problems at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Check the station flag DID/E&M Receive Busy Instead of Camp-On. It should be set to No, except for analog devices.

Just checked that, and it is set to NO for all stations.

Just curious... If the DID# is dialed when the phone is idle does the call go through and will it go to voicemail?

Yep, that works perfectly. Just as an FYI - calls are routed through Trunk Groups to stations, we aren't using PRI's for routing groups or anything like that.

I would try defaulting your phone set ( not the system) look at your feature code list to find out the feature code for defaulting the phone. system > devices and feature codes> feature codes. If that doesnt work send me an email with a contact number. I know this system very well and i believe that i can help you. [email protected]

Defaulting the stations worked. Thank you so much!
