We have the Axxess system. THe phone in our confrence room is a 55.8520, from what I read online, this phone is full-duplex. When in a conf over telecom and this phone is on speaker, it doesn't seem to be full-duplex.
Is there an issue with the system? or is this phone not really Full-Duplex?
I need to get a full-duplex working or phone baught if this phone isn't really full-duplex.
Ideas? Where to go to get one if infact I need one? THe conf. phone is setup as a Keyset.
When it comes to these systems, I don;t know very much. Mostly poking around and ttrying to figure it out.

When you say it doesnt seem full duplex, what are you experiencing when on a call? What version Axxess do you have? What kind of station card is the phone plugged into? Is there an options card in the system?
