A customer who has a Premier ESP was referred to me and has requested I remove voice mail on 4 phones. They no longer want these phones to receive messages. I believe the voice mail is an IVX 500 PC based. Is there a way to accomplish this without getting into database programming (such as cancelling call fwd. to voice mail, etc.)? I am not familiar with this system. If database programming is the only way, is it worth attempting on my own or should I hire an Intertel tech? Thanks.
