I was contacted by a small business that has 8-10 InterTel 8560 phones.

Merritt, I would sell them a new system. The Inter-Tel/Mitel stuff is not easy or fun to work on/get software for. You'd have to be a dealer and I don't know if they can get licensing for that stuff anymore.

Not interested in selling new to them. I have access to a Axxess ksu and was hoping that would work with the phones.

Axxess was a great system. You can find parts to make them work, however look at your signature: "If it was built in the last 10 years don't expect it to work right." Jeff might be right on this one. I still support Axxess systems and it is getting harder and harder to come up with voice mail parts. If you have an EVMC it is a matter of time before it will fail. All other voicemail platforms are pretty much dead for the Axxess. If all you need is phones and no voice mail PM me.

Merritt, the Axxess KSU with DKSC16 cards should work depending on what version software is on the CPU/CPC. It looks like anything above V3 will work with those phones.

most important think to keep in mind is the digital phones use pins 3 and 6 not 4 and 5 and they are polarity sensitive - otherwise the phones won't come up.
