I’ve run into a programming issue that I’ve drawn a blank on. I know I’ve done this before with Centrex lines using #04 I believe. I have a DSUII, POTS (not Centrex)lines, analog (ATI-D) 2 port DOS Corporate Office. I’m trying to transfer to an outside number from a mailbox via a conference call. I’ve gotten the Vmail to make the second call but the two calls are never conferenced together, both lines are on hold instead.

Initiate a Transfer !, !
Complete a Transfer !
3 way Call !

Both Vmail line ports Yes for outgoing calls.

Destination: 9,5551212,,,,

I’m missing something because I can’t complete a conference call on the analog port using my butt-set, both calls stay on hold and are never connected.

What am I forgetting?

Been a long while but I seem to remember it was no problem with Centrex lines. However using regular POTS lines I could only make it work on DOS Corporate Offices that had Dialogic cards not Rhetorex.
