A customer a few hours away called this morning to say that their phones are not ringing. They light up and they can answer them, their phones just do not make an audible ring. I had them check volume,and all the ringers are up. The system does not have a voicemail as far as I know, I've never worked on the phones - only computers. It seems like it should be something really simple. Any suggestions?

If they call internally do the phones ring?

I believe so, because I wanted her to check to see if the attendant phone had any odd lights. She dialed 10 and 12 and was able to locate the phones. They don't have VAB on, so the call is just instantly connected. However, she said she did hear the chirp. I would need to turn on VAB to test for sure.

Drove on-site this morning... System lost ringing assignments. Put the direct ringing back to 10,12, etc and all is good.
