Hi guys, Direct Route 1 is working, and Alternative Route 1 is working. I want to be able to automatically use Alt Route 1 if the main SIP Trunk goes down.
Outbound dialing will work for alternative trunk by dialing 803, the access code, but the priority route config in LCR-UG1 using Alternative Route 1 doesn't work when the Direct Route is disabled. It feels like there must be a timer, or setting somewhere to enable. Any thoughts?
