HI all, have a 9100 and we are using voice mail to email. All was fine last week the client reported that the wav. files being played on their smart phones sounds low and they can barely hear them. Any idea what could have changed ?

Check it on a computer to make sure it's not the phones. If the phones are the only ones having issues check if they have had an update,.

Hi problem worked itself they had recently changed email servers, all good now, thanks for the reply !
