Samsung will continue to provide technical support until September 30, 2021. In-warranty hardware repair will be continued for 5 years from the date of purchase from Samsung. Last day for any warranty will be September 30, 2024. Existing partners can submit new orders through September 30, 2019, and new orders are expected to be fulfilled in 8-10 weeks. Selected licenses will be available for 1 year from the End of Sale date for existing customer extensions.
Guess that means the Fat Lady is warming up.
Carl

They will still be available to order until 9/30/2020 after that then no more. They originally had it until 2021 but cut that by 1 year. | | | | Joined: May 2002 Posts: 4,041 Moderator-Avaya, Polycom | Moderator-Avaya, Polycom Joined: May 2002 Posts: 4,041 | Can someone send me a list of Samsung end users | | | | Joined: Dec 2010 Posts: 635 Member | Member Joined: Dec 2010 Posts: 635 | Can someone send me a list of Samsung end users Like a list of end user phones? | | |
