I have a new customer who has a NEC SL2100 I've never worked on one however finding it ok i guess.
original installer was also the service provider the customer changed carriage and now the installer won't talk to the customer or answer calls.
we are 300kms (180miles) from nearest dealer so i'm trying to help.
they are using SIP Trunks with SIP PEERING (IP Based Authentication) so no username or password
Can make inbound and outbound call now worries however they are getting a lot of phantom calls.
I can't find a authenticated IP in the SIP Setting of the system so assume the calls are coming from rogue IP's
can anyone directed me as to where i can add the ip address of the peering host?
Thanks. | | | | Joined: Sep 2004 Posts: 3,967 Member | Member Joined: Sep 2004 Posts: 3,967 | You can do that in your firewall. | | |
