Hotel customer moved to another vendor, password changed. Property sold, vendor lost, no password now. Customer may want me to initialize and reprogram system. I don't have MOSS sheet, but I do have copy of Form 4 with password and ID on it. Is that all I need to initialize.?
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

As long as you have the 36 digit MOC and the system id and password, you should be good to go!

Thanks. No MOC. Either they locate a password or it's time for a MIVO400.

If you have a full copy of form 4 you can absolutely reinitialize and reprogram from scratch. If I remember correctly the MOC was not introduced until the SX-200 ICP. If you have an EL that should be no problem.
