Running Axxess System vs 9.1 Date and Time keep changing on it's own. Anyone know why and how to stop this from happening? Changes months, years and times.

Just throwing this out there until someone with more experience chimes in, but it is probably getting the time from somewhere. Do you have a CPS (Call Processing Server)? If so, confirm it has the correct time.
Or are you saying it keeps changing to various dates and times, different each time?

Not sure if I have a CPS(?). I know that I can go into the computer and change it and later on or next day (not always over night) it will change. Does not have a set pattern with time changes or amount. Thanks

Try a major reset before and after setting the time. Also, as strange as this sounds, setting the time from a phone instead of the software has been known to work.

I think I remember it being in the release of 9.1 you need to upgrade to the lates and greatest. You can go to 11.0 and should only have to pay for labor. You will need to upgrade the VMS at the same time. If it seems like too much to go to 11 you can go to the latest and greatest 9.1 and will fix the problem Randy

I know this sounds stupid... but where and how do I update (software?)? Do I update DB Studio v 1.63 or Session Manager v 2.64? Thanks for the help!

If you have never done this before I would say you will need an Inter-Tel / Mitel tech to take care of it for you

I remember one of the old IMX versions had that problem, and Mac has the right idea. We'd set the time at the attendnat xt (100) and power-cycle the system.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

If you have a cps, check the regional settings in windows(often the default for CPS is a country -8 hours behind GMT).
if the CPS has the wrong timezone, it will override any time you set on the handset.
best to use NTP on everything that you can.
if you have multiple nodes the lowest numbered node is the time source for all.
