Does anyone out there have a client running IPUMS?

If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.

Did you update java on your pc or the ipums machine?
Good luck, I didn't have any left as they had too many bugs (that took too long to get fixed)/issues with lockups, etc

Both got updated due to security requirements.
Besides this issue ours has been steady as a rock servicing a site with 800 plus users.
Of course now that I cant get into the programming interface it makes it real fun. LOL
Thanks for your response.

I remember an issue with dm and java whee Oracle removed some java classes in an update which meant some sections of dm didn't work as they used those classes.
Not to mention when java 7 forest came out dm didn't work at all.
You may need to roll back java on the ipums box and run the management from there via a remote access software (or rdp)
