At one time the 7400 system utilized an external VM and Call Accting product for hotels.
Wakeup activity was done via this VM.

I believe it was Inntouch.

They closed down and went out of business.

Trying to find a manual / user guide for it.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

OfficeServ 7400 Programming Manual

However other more knowledgeable will have better answers for your Hospitality questions.
