I have a customer who has several networked switches.

the T1 rings in to switch A, hits the AA on switch A then goes to a hunt group (non acd) on switch B.

the feature code for remove/replace isnt working. they are still getting calls when HG calls are diverted.

any ideas, other than dnd, so these users dont get hg calls?

I think i found the answer. the customer built the hunt group on switch A but all the members are on switch B.

Im having him rebuild the hunt group on the same node as the users and see if that works.
