My call center is asking for their outgoing Caller ID to be a word like "helpline"
I found where I can change the "Calling Party Number" inside of the Station but it will not let me enter text into the field.
How would one change this in DB studio?

You can't do this with any system using a PRI. Name translations are maintained in your service provider's CNAM database or one to which they subscribe.
