Hi, We have a Polycom registered as a SIP extension on a 7200 version 4.92, and all is well until you try to set up a conference using the conference key on the Polycom. When the conference is brought together, you cannot hear all parties. However, if you press hold, dial 46 etc. then everything works fine, so it is clearly a Polycom compatability issue. Does anyone know if there is a tweaked version of the Polycom software that makes it Samsung compatible?

That I am aware of the mapping of the conference button from the Polycom isn't the same as on the Samsung. The only way to do it is using the code as you did. This happens a lot with the 3rd party phones. Unless you can actually program a conf button onto the Polycom, but I don't think it has the spare buttons to do so.

That's pretty much what I thought may be the case. Thanks for the reply.

I was told that the polycom ip5,6,7000 conference button works on the scm, just not os7000.
