Axxess 64 version 8.2 They use the 4400 standard phones. MSG lights are not blinking. I believe it just started in the past week. There are only 3 people in the office, but we tested, none of them flash when they have messages, it also doesn't display on the screen that they have new messages. Confirmed all mailboxes are setup with the correct station notification. Ran a DB test and it was completely clean. Nothing obvious in the error logs. Had the one person confirm the MSG key was truly the MSG key. Had him also do a phone self test. I will have it do a reset tonight, but do any of you have any ideas?
Thanks.

Anyone on-site have programming access? There are plenty of ways to turn off MWI in Session Manager.
This must be an EVMC... if no one caused the problem to happen, and a reset doesnt clear it, you could bring a new one out, plug it in, leave 1 message and test. If it works, copy the vmail data over to the new EVMC, if not, it must be a axxess problem.

And what would they be? I'd like to try it.

There isn't anyone onsite with programming access. There is someone setup as an administrator. It is an EVMC. I would also be interested in the ways to turn off MWI, just to confirm I didn't do something accidentally.

Well, it's working now. I "think" what fixed it was going into the mailbox and changing the message notification station to NONE. You have to be in On-Line Monitor to do this. Waited a little while, then changed it back to the appropriate station extension. I only did this on one station, but it seemed to fix all of them. Don't make sense, but for now it is working again.
