I want a certain mailbox to call a cell number when a new message arrives....
I have gone through the manual, Alerts are turned on, the number has a one in front of it like it needs, the system never tries to call the cell phone.

In eclass you need to setup a profile with outcall enabled for out premise. Then assign that eclass to the extensions you want to allow outcall on.

Thank you, I did have it set up correctly though. The problem was, because of area code changes, some numbers in my area code require a 1 and others don't. Added the 1 and it worked...
