Our organization is using an Axxess 11.01 system with Enterprise Messaging. My question is this:
Users #1 and #2 will be out of the office on extended leave. They wish to forward all incoming calls to the voicemail box for user #3. I know this should be simple, and I am just overlooking something. They do not want to forward it to the station for user #3 (ie: they don't want it to ring), just to go directly to #3's VM. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

My thought would be to create a Call routing Announcement application. Take out the greetings for day and night so no greeting will play. In the Digit translation of that CRA, timeout to the mailbox of user #3. Then have user #1 and user #2 forward their phones to that Call Routing App. There may be a better way with version 11 by using Phantoms. But that is how we used to do it in version 7 or lower.
