I have set up a KX-NS1000 w/ a KX-NS700 in a one look network. I need to add an activation key to the NS700 but when I do it takes me to the NS1000 activation page. The NS700 is where the SIP trunk hardware and equipment sits from Comcast. I can't seem to get the activation key to install on the NS700.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks. Edward

Can you log on to the ns700 IP directly and upload from there

Hey OBT
Thanks for getting my head out of my a**. There is so little besides the UM (voice mail) to program when logged directly into the NS700 I didn't think to go there.
Now if I can just get my IP trunks back on line I will be home free (but free is a 4 letter word!!)
If you ever need to set up a one look network and start with a system that has been there for a while (the NS700) it's a lot of work!
Thanks again
Edward
