Need some help with setting up a line key that users can hit to start recording the call. We are using the SVMI-20i. The line key option of CR is not working and from what I read it only works with the embedded VM card.
I do see an option in Eclass under prompts for call recording. Any help or guidance of where/how to configure would be much appreciated.

The cr key needs the mailbox you want to record into as the extender (eg cr201). There are some settings In cos you have to enable (vm rec set least) There is a prompt that plays when you hit the cr key, can't remember which one it is.
This will use up a per on your vm whilst the recording is happening.

Make sure you delete the prompt that says recording that way it is not heard when they press the button.
