I just ordered a refurb NEC Aspire 34B IP phone to install at a site.
When I supply power via PoE, all I get on the LCD display is a series of vertical parallel bars on the top LCD line. They are crisp and almost look like calibration marks of some kind. Also, they change locations upon reboot.
I tried HOLD CONF * # and it does not work.
I can adjust the brightness of the display with the volume keys but still only the top bars appear.
Has anyone ever seen this before?
Wanted to check on here before I just chalk it up to a busted LCD.
Thanks!
