New customer has a DS2000 with Intramail. Version 3.XX. They have 5 lines, 4 of which are for one company and line 5 is a separate company. The first four lines ring all phones then go to autoattendant. Line 5 rings all phones and then goes to a mailbox instead. All five lines show overflow to 700, Answer Table 1. They have not used the line 5 until now so they do not have any directions on how to retrieve those messages (all newer employees). Does anyone know how or where to see that mailbox number? Not an NEC tech here but I am in the business.

Line 5 overflow is set to 700, doesn't sound like it.
