MOH was playing. Now it is not. All settings have been checked. System has been rebooted. Any ideas?

We have two 5200s with File Based MOH. The settings are identical (except for the file). It is working on one, but not the other. I've tried switching to the default file, making sure it wasn't an issue with the file itself. No audio using the default file either.

Hunt Groups programmed to hear MOH for calls, are hearing ringback instead.
