Is there an ACD Queue type of key for the Axxess system? Something like the Executone IDS has? A customer wants a key on an Axxess phones that give different flash rates depending on how many calls are in queue in a particular ACD Group. I have looked in programming and the manual and I do not see a way to do this on the Axxess. The system is version 9.115.

Program a keymap with a Hunt Group button. The LED is off when agents are logged in and available. The LED is solid when either no agents are logged, or all agents are busy with no calls waiting. The LED flashes when calls in the queue are waiting.
