How do I change the time? The IPO time is correct, all vm timestamps are wrong. I tried to open the Miscellaneous Actions tab but it would not give me a drop down.

Voicemail Pro time is synced to the computer it is running on - so check the Date and Time on the computer, make sure Internet Time is enabled, and probably restart the Voicemail Pro service once the computer's clock is correct.

I assumed you are using VM Pro, as that's what it says in your title, and Embedded voicemail gets its time from the control unit it is running on.
Where is this Miscellaneous Actions tab you speak of?
