Installing a refurbished DSX 160 3.33 with 4 port 8 hour Intramail. Voicemail will not answer, tried rebooting, Initializing, reseating all cards, still RNA to Voicemail..Intramail was out of a DSX 40 worked perfectly.
Please assist..

Can you try it in the 40 again? Can you dial 700? On the System Administrator, do the VM serial number and ports show? Can you initialize and/or update prompts from there? I would update the 160 to 4.92 first, do a cold initialization, and go from there.
