Is it possible to increase the memory for MOH files? The 5200 has 1MB, which isn't much.

I've never seen MOH internal to any Inter-Tel system. What are you using currently?

The 5200 has a file based MOH that can be loaded into the system up to 5 can be loaded (license needed for each). I think it is 3.0 or higher. It comes with a converter and is loaded through the web interface Randy

Unfortunately, it only has 1M of memory allocated for the MOH. So the sample rates have to be really low. I know, it's a phone, not a surround sound system.

This problem is showing its' face again. I have two licenses. Our latest recording will only convert down to a 1.13MB file. Too large for the onboard storage. And so I will need to have two recordings. Does anyone know how to increase this file storage size? How on Earth could anyone have 5 recordings in a 1MB space?
