Service call yesterday to a large church, i installed the system 13 years ago this was my first trip back. As usual no syn on the screen but the battery had 3.48 volts, but did not power the flash v.m. card. Did a power cycle and system reset but did not bring the system back up. To me the down system was not because of the battery but something else. Anyone agree ? Thanks Gary S.

The STSe (3501-00 or -01) had an inherent problem with capacitors on the power supply failing. It would always fail after a power outage when its time had come.
