Ip office 9. embedded voicemail cannot record voice mail greetings
Essential.
9508 phones
When trying to record a mailbox greeting after the "record after tone" Beep......
The screen goes to idle. Hangs up the intercom.
Happens with all phones. No clue here. Any ideas on how to fix? Tried *17 same issue.

Sounds like the SD Card may be full.
Do you have one or more virtual extensions with a mailbox set to Voice Mail to Email?
You can use the System Status program to see how many messages are in each mailbox.

Possibly corrupt SD card. Use Manager to re-format and Re-create.
