Hello,
the last 3 days when call to one of our numbers after the auto attendant say "please hold for a live person" it goes directly to a voicemail.
it looks like the extension(s) aren't the correct one as well.
any one knows where I can change the extension where the auto attendant goes to.

I don't know what Toshiba voicemail system you have, but I am not familiar with the phrase "please hold for a live person". The Stratagy voicemail says "Please hold while I try that extension". Does your phone system show line appearances? I am wondering if there is another system in front of the Toshiba PBX.
The dialed extensions from the auto attendant are any extension with a voicemail box.

I agree you need to provide the model.
If you have access to the admin software the best place to look is in the answering mailbox for the menu option, 990?. Then check to see if the mailbox that is being transferred to has the right extension, is not in Do Not Disturb, and that there is a phone or group answering properly.
