I am a former dealer technician and we had this issue for years. A client is in healthcare and the phones are deteriorating from the harsh cleaners used to disinfect the desk phones at night. It is so bad that on their own they purchased DKT3210SDs to replace the DP5032SDs that wore out. There was a company that made rubber covers for the DKT2000 phones. Does anyone have a solution for saving these phones? Changing the cleaner is of course out of the question.
